Apartments
Commercial Premises
Year of Construction
This is an ambitious residential project located in El Barranco (the cliff): a prime location along the Tomebamba river. Built in 2017, its name was inspired by an ancient cypress tree located on the riverbank in front of this property.
The original building used to be a nightclub that did not add to the neighborhood nor the tourist atmosphere of the city. On this property, and under these circumstances, we developed a residential project consisting of 26 apartments distributed along three staggered blocks that progressively approach the river, interspersed with patios and gardens. There are also three commercial premises facing Calle Larga: a highly commercial and tourist area.
The apartments make use of natural light thanks to strategic internal courtyards, with beautiful gardens and ancient, preserved fruit trees that attract local birds.
Publications: Construir, El Comercio news paper.
